The dessert looked so delicious on its pic, it required fast actions.

I was tweaking the initial formula create it for the taste of my family. I must say it was an awesome success. They enjoyed the flavour, the thickness and loved getting a sweet like this in the midst of a busy workweek. They ultimately requested more, a lot more. This recipe pairs sweet, juicy peaches with almond and oat flour (it is possible to either grind your own using rolled oats or buy it pre-ground) to keep carefully the muffin gluten free. These muffins are light, fluffy, and perfectly peachy! They’re the perfect addition to any breakfast pass on whether you’re gluten free of charge or not really. With wholegrain oats, healthy fat, and sugary, juicy peaches, you can’t go wrong.
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 1/2 cups diced peaches + more for topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
Whisk jointly the oat flour, almond flour, flax, baking powder, and cooking soda in a big bowl.
In another bowl, stir together the coconut sugar and melted coconut oil. Add the eggs and Almond Breeze, stirring until simple.
